🌍 Current Openings
Human Resources Coordinator
Purpose: To help us build a reliable, professional volunteer team.
Responsibilities:
- Review incoming résumés and applications.
- Conduct brief online interviews or screenings.
- Maintain communication between applicants and team leads.
- Help develop onboarding guidelines and volunteer standards.
Ideal Candidate: Organized, personable, and experienced in HR, recruiting, or nonprofit coordination.
Community Story Curator
Purpose: To collect and publish stories of everyday kindness that inspire others.
Responsibilities:
- Review, edit, and approve user-submitted stories.
- Write and format kindness features for the Kindicity blog.
- Coordinate with moderators to verify submissions where needed.
- Highlight standout stories for the weekly Kindicity Challenge.
Ideal Candidate: A writer, editor, or journalist with a gift for storytelling and a heart for humanity.
Website & Content Coordinator
Purpose: To keep Kindicity.com updated, engaging, and visually consistent.
Responsibilities:
- Update website pages, news, and visuals regularly.
- Collaborate with team leads to publish new initiatives.
- Manage images, layout, and basic SEO for new posts.
- Assist with formatting of staff and volunteer pages.
Ideal Candidate: Comfortable with WordPress, detail-oriented, and capable of turning ideas into attractive digital experiences.
Kindness Outreach Liaison
Purpose: To connect Kindicity with schools, community groups, and organizations worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential partner organizations and community projects.
- Represent Kindicity in outreach emails and online events.
- Gather stories of local kindness efforts for our blog and challenges.
- Encourage new participants to join our platform.
Ideal Candidate: Friendly, persuasive, and experienced in outreach, education, or community networking.
Volunteer Community Moderator
Purpose: To help maintain a positive, respectful, and inspiring environment on Kindicity’s platform.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome new members and answer basic user questions.
- Monitor posts and comments for tone and accuracy.
- Encourage friendly discussion and highlight thoughtful contributions.
- Report any issues to the Kindicity admin team.
Ideal Candidate: A compassionate communicator with experience moderating forums or online communities.

You’ll be working directly with our leadership team to set the tone, build systems, and establish how Kindicity grows worldwide.
